What is an infrared sauna?
A home infrared sauna is a compact wooden cabin with carbon-fiber heating elements built into the front wall, back wall, and floor. These elements emit deep-penetrating infrared heat. The sauna is made of natural pine wood. When in use, it takes up less than one square meter; when folded, it becomes a small, easy-to-store box that fits perfectly in a closet or pantry.
